Junior Hard Service Thermoplastic Insulated

Description: conductors constructed by two, three or four, annealed copper conductors bunch stranded. The circuit conductors are insulated by PVC and have a Nylon jacket. The entire set of conductors is covered by black PVC.

Applications: Used for feeding power to electrical appliances for residential and commercial purposes. Also, they are used in extension cords, portable electrical tools, or in a temporary wiring system and similar applications.

Specifications: They are manufactured with annealed copper conductors bunch stranded, type ASTM J or K.  Each conductor is insulated with PVC of electrical degree, non-toxic, abrasion resistant, moisture resistant, flame retardant, oil resistant, thermal stabilizers and it does not diffuse flame, it contains plasticizer additives; and it is environmentally friendly as it does not contain heavy metals. Additionally, there is a Nylon jacket which adds protection from chemical agents.  Its black PVC jacket is resistant to sunlight UV exposure which makes it suitable for outdoor or submerged installations.

Standards: They are manufactured according ASTM B3 y B174 and specifications UL 62 y 1581 standards.
