Description:  Annealed copper conductors with thermoplastic PVC insulation and protected by a nylon thermoplastic jacket.

Applications: In ducts or in trays for residential, commercial and industrial applications in dry locations, THHN, and dry and damp locations, THWN.  Also, to be used in conduit for motor connections and control boards, for energy circuit wiring, illumination and electrical appliances.

Specifications: They are manufactured with annealed copper conductors, solid or stranded, 7, 19, or 37 strands. Insolated with PVC of electrical degree, non-toxic, abrasion resistant, moisture resistant, oil resistant, gasoline resistant and flame retardant, thermal stabilizers and it is environmentally friendly as it does not contain heavy metals. Also, it is protected by a nylon thermoplastic jacket that provides mechanical protection and resistance to chemical substances.

Standards: They are manufactured according to ASTM B3, ASTM B8, UL 83 and UL 1581 standards as a reference.

Maximum Operation temperature:  

THHN: 90°C, in the conductor for dry locations.
THWN-2: 90°C, in the conductor for dry or damp locations.

Maximum Operation Voltage: 600 A.C. Volts
